These Terms and Conditions govern your use of astralcosmetics.com and purchases of cosmetics and beauty products directly from Astral Cosmetics. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Cosmetic products and responsible use
Our products are cosmetics and beauty products. Review each product’s ingredients, directions, warnings, and size before purchasing and using it. Use products only as directed on their labels. Products are not sold to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and website information is not medical advice. Individual results and skin sensitivity vary; stop use if irritation occurs. Keep products out of the reach of children.
Accounts and website use
You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement. Provide accurate, current account, contact, billing, and delivery information. Keep your account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not interfere with the website, bypass security controls, access another person’s records, submit malicious content, or use the store unlawfully.
Orders, prices, and availability
Review the product, size, quantity, delivery address, shipping service, and total before placing an order. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before you submit the order. Availability, prices, and promotions may change. Payment must be verified before an order is treated as paid.
We may correct an obvious listing or pricing error or contact you if an item cannot be fulfilled. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will provide a revised estimate and the delay-consent, cancellation, or refund options required by applicable law.
Payments
Credit and debit card payments are available through our secure checkout. Available card brands and any additional payment methods are displayed at checkout. Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Card details are entered through the payment processor’s secure fields; Astral Cosmetics does not store full card numbers or card security codes. We retain limited transaction references and payment status to process and support your order.
Shipping, cancellations, and refunds
We currently ship within the United States. Read our Shipping Policy for shipping charges, handling, and delivery information. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation; an order may no longer be changeable once fulfillment has begun.
Our voluntary remedy for verified lost shipments, incorrect or damaged items, and qualifying product defects is replacement. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds. Read the Refund and Returns Policy for evidence requirements, exceptions, and how approved refunds are processed. Do not send products back without written instructions. These policies do not limit rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Payment questions and disputes
Contact us first about an order or charge so we can investigate and help, except when immediate contact with your bank or payment provider is necessary to report suspected unauthorized use or protect your rights. Include the order number and an accurate description of the problem. Do not miss a bank or payment-provider deadline while waiting for our response.
We may supply relevant order, payment, delivery, support, replacement, and refund records to a payment provider or bank when responding to a dispute, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Provide accurate information and tell us about an existing dispute or credit so we can avoid duplicate reimbursement. An honest question or good-faith dispute is not fraud. The bank or payment provider decides disputes under its rules; nothing in these terms waives your statutory dispute rights or requires withdrawal of a valid claim before a resolution is completed.
Product information and responsibility
Product descriptions and images help you select a cosmetic product; screen colors and packaging appearance may vary. Follow the supplied directions, storage guidance, and warnings. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise results beyond express statements made in the product listing or order record. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms as the store changes. The effective date identifies the current version; changes do not retroactively remove rights associated with an earlier order.
